Terms & Conditions of Sales and Purchases

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website or purchase goods from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

The term Truck Spares Central Ltd or "us" / "we" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website or the purchaser of our goods.

Goods Supplied & Used Condition Warning

No Implied Warranties: Our stock consists entirely of used and derived dismantled automotive components, often sourced from road traffic accidents (RTA) or End of Life Vehicles (ELV). There is no warranty implied or given with any of our stock unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. This policy is directly reflected in our highly competitive pricing model.
Visual Testing Limitation: Our visual inspections are strictly non-invasive to ensure there are no significant visible structural flaws. Any part that requires new gaskets, seals, or comprehensive internal diagnostic testing once dismantled must be prepared by the customer. We do not carry out Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in any form unless requested by the customer entirely at their own cost prior to dispatch.
Application Fitment: It remains the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the engine or core spare part purchased is completely fit for their specific vehicle application and chassis constraints.

Complete Engines & Heavy Mechanical Components Warranty

Recompense Scope: In the rare event that a justified issue is raised and accepted by our directors, any justifiable recompense or credit is strictly limited to the original contract/invoice value paid to Truck Spares Central Ltd. We do not cover external repair costs, vehicle recovery charges, down-time losses, or third-party replacement costs.
Ancillary Components: We do not offer exchanges or resolve any mechanical issues with attached ancillary parts (including but not limited to Turbos, Starters, Alternators, Injectors, Fuel Pumps, or Water Pumps) unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by our managing directors.
Labour Costs: In the event that additional labour costs are incurred fitting a validated replacement component, Truck Spares Central Ltd may consider a discretionary, partial recompense based solely on our initial contract value and profit margin.

Core Spare Parts & Ancillaries

All core components (such as cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, pistons, and connecting rods) are sold in sound aesthetic order based on reasonable visual inspections.
If you discover a discrepancy or hidden flaw, you must immediately notify our team before carrying out any machining or modification work.

Payments, Card Fees, & Cheques

Payment Clearance: All goods must be paid for in full prior to leaving our premises or being dispatched via courier freight.
Card Payments: We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure telephone and online point-of-sale facilities. While standard debit card transactions do not incur fees, credit card payments may incur a 2% processing fee on the total invoice value.
Cheques & Credit: We do not offer credit terms to new customers. If payment is made via cheque, company policy dictates that funds must cleanly clear into our bank account before any items are released or loaded. If a cheque is stopped or bounces after goods have been collected, immediate payment must be made via alternative methods within 24 hours, failing which prompt legal action will be initiated.

On-Site Premises & Safety

If you or your transport couriers are visiting our yard or warehouse premises to collect heavy machinery, you must observe standard safety precautions. High-visibility jackets and steel-toe protected shoes are required as a minimum precaution.
Visitors are strictly urged not to climb on the engine stock or racking structures. Please ask a member of staff for forklift assistance if you require a closer inspection. We hold no responsibility for personal injuries incurred from unauthorized climbing or mishandling of goods on our premises.

Selling To Us (Our Purchases)

When we purchase core components or breakdown fleets from third-party suppliers, we negotiate prices directly with the authorized seller only.
We aim to quality check and confirm all delivered loads within 24 hours of arrival. Truck Spares Central Ltd reserves the absolute right to withhold payouts or adjustments until any disputes regarding component quality, suitability, or unit counts are thoroughly resolved.
